We are looking for an experience and highly motivated Hospitality Manager to join the team at the prestigious Kinross House Estate.
This is a hands-on leadership role, responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality across a range of luxury private and corporate events within a unique historic setting.
You will play a key role in ensuring every guest experience is delivered to the highest standard, while managing day-to-day operations, leading a front-of-house team, and maintaining seamless service delivery across the Estate.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and oversee hospitality operations for events and day-to-day estate activity
* Deliver exceptional guest experiences with a strong focus on detail and service
* Manage and develop front-of-house teams, including rotas, training and performance
* Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth event execution
* Oversee stock control, ordering and supplier relationships
* Maintain high standards of health & safety and operational compliance
About You:
* Proven experience within luxury hospitality or high-end events
* A confident and hands-on leader with strong organisational skills
* Passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences
* Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication and team leadership abilities
Additional Information:
* Full-time role (42.5 hours per week)
* Flexibility required, including evenings and weekends in line with events
