* Prepare and set up the breakfast buffet, ensuring all items are fresh and well-presented
* Greet guests with a warm smile and provide attentive, efficient service throughout breakfast hours
* Implement our breakfast concept with enthusiasm and attention to detail
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the breakfast area and kitchen
* Replenish food items and beverages as needed
* Assist with clearing tables and resetting for incoming guests
* Ensure smooth service delivery
* Address guest queries and special requests in a friendly, professional manner
* Contribute to a positive team atmosphere by supporting colleagues across departments
* Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations

Qualifications
* Completed apprenticeship in the hotel trade or professional experience in the hotel/catering industry (career changers are also welcome)
* Genuine passion for hospitality and customer service
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Flexibility to work early morning shifts and weekends
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality service
* Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist across departments
* Basic culinary skills and knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
* Physical stamina to stand and move for extended periods
* Ability to remain calm and maintain a positive attitude in stressful situations
