You'll be the first point of contact for field engineers and customers, offering expert advice, diagnostics, and technical guidance on our range of AC products. What You'll Do: Provide telephone and email-based technical support to engineers and clients Assist with diagnosing faults and recommending solutions Support warranty and commissioning queries Help create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles Liaise with manufacturers and internal departments to resolve complex issues What Were Looking For: Practical experience with air conditioning systems (installation, servicing, or maintenance) Understanding of common fault codes, wiring diagrams, and system components Great communication skills able to explain technical concepts clearly Eagerness to learn and grow in a new direction IT-literate and comfortable with technical documentation Desirable (But Not Essential): F-Gas Certification (or former certification) Experience with split, multi-split, or VRF/VRV systems Familiarity with manufacturers like Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Panasonic, etc. Why Join Us?
