Location: Cheshire East
Rate: £37 per hour
Eden Brown Synergy is currently recruiting for an experienced Qualified Social Worker to join the Adult Social Care team in Cheshire East. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional looking to make a meaningful impact while benefiting from a competitive hourly rate.
Key Responsibilities
* Undertake assessments, care planning, and reviews in line with statutory responsibilities
* Work collaboratively with service users, families, and multi-disciplinary teams
* Safeguard vulnerable adults and promote independence and wellbeing
* Manage a varied caseload effectively within agreed timescales
Requirements
* Qualified Social Worker with relevant degree or equivalent
* Registered with Social Work England
* Previous experience within Adult Social Care
* Strong assessment and communication skills
