RSD Recruitment is partnering with a respected national equipment business thats investing heavily in its people and culture, offering an ambitious HSE Coordinator or Advisor the chance to step up and lead a company-wide safety culture across multiple sites. The role involves regular travel and overnight staystypically three days a week visiting sites and two days based at the officewhile working closely with a leadership team that values HSE. Youll gain exposure to ISO management systems and external accreditations and take ownership of a multi-site operation where every day brings fresh challenges and the opportunity to make a visible impact from day one. What Youll Do Design and deliver a group HSE strategy aligned with ISO standards. Act as the key advisor to managers, ensuring full compliance with legislation and customer requirements. Lead audits, inspections and investigations, turning findings into practical actions. Train, coach and inspire teams at every level using engaging communication methods. Maintain and improve HSE policies, reporting and accreditations. Present quarterly HSE updates to the Operating Board and keep the business ahead of changing legislation. About You NEBOSH qualified (minimum) ISO management systems experience. SSSTS or similar site-safety certification is a strong advantage. Proven HSE background in multi-site, industrial or engineering environments. Strong communicator who can influence and inspire. Organised, data-driven and able to work independently. Able to travel to other sites Full UK driving licence.
