Salary: Main Pay Scale (M1 £32,916 – M6 £45,352) + Teachers’ Pension Scheme
Hours: Full-time (32.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday)
Are you passionate about giving every child the best start in life? Oasis Academy Connaught is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Reception Teacher to join our vibrant team on a maternity cover basis.

Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons that inspire and challenge young learners.
Foster a safe, purposeful, and stimulating learning environment.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external partners to ensure every child thrives.
Promote and safeguard the welfare of children and young people at all times.
What we’re looking for:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience in EYFS or KS1.
A proven ability to raise standards and deliver high-quality teaching.
Strong communication skills and a commitment to teamwork.
A positive, proactive approach to behaviour management and pupil progress.
