The Opportunity:
Our client is looking for a Property Account Handler to join their specialist Insurance Brokerage, supporting the placement and servicing of Property Owners and commercial property risks. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a respected Lloyds broker, gaining exposure to UK and international markets while developing strong technical broking skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day servicing of Property Owners and commercial property accounts.
* Prepare renewal documentation, gather underwriting information, and ensure compliance.
* Produce and issue policy documents, schedules, endorsements, and invoices.
* Support brokers with market presentations, slips, and placement activity.
* Liaise with Lloyds and company market underwriters to obtain and negotiate terms.
* Maintain accurate records and audit trails in line with FCA and Lloyds requirements.
* Provide first-line claims support.
Skills & Experience:
* Experience in Property Owners, Commercial Property, or Commercial insurance.
* Strong understanding of broking processes and insurer interaction.
* High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
* Confident communicator with strong client-service skills.
