What you’ll be doing
You will be the owner of the students' experience, making things happen and ensuring positive interactions. Your role involves helping students find the answers and information they need to learn, develop, and progress.
Your responsibilities include:
1. Providing friendly and professional support via telephone, email, or face-to-face interactions.
2. Consistently delivering high-quality service to all students.
3. Being flexible and adaptable to support and contribute to ongoing improvements.
4. Handling emergency issues to ensure students are emotionally supported and safe, including responding to safeguarding concerns.
5. Showing empathy to individual customer needs while handling requests firmly and sensitively.
What experience you’ll need
To succeed, you should have:
* A genuine interest in helping customers and providing excellent service.
* Experience working cooperatively, flexibly, and effectively in a team, with individual accountability.
* Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with customers and external enquirers.
* Previous experience handling a high volume of customer queries.
* Strong organisational skills, self-discipline, and the ability to multitask and work calmly under pressure.
* A positive, approachable attitude towards conflicting demands.
* Ability to absorb, retain, and convey information effectively.
* Effective planning, organising, and prioritising skills aligned with SLAs and KPIs.
