Contract Length: 6-9 months
This role will be crucial in shaping how new products are implemented for customers, with a particular focus on understanding and mapping existing processes, driving clarity, and helping teams transition more effectively, including AI-led initiatives.
Responsibilities:
* Map and understand current customer processes and workflows
* Facilitate and run workshops to gather insights and align stakeholders
* Identify gaps, pain points, and service opportunities across user journeys
* Design end-to-end service experiences, considering implementation needs
* Collaborate with Product, PMs, and Architecture teams to shape how solutions are delivered
* Use AI tools and analysis to help process and understand internal documentation
* Translate complex internal systems into usable service maps and documentation
* Work with implementation teams to build a better customer onboarding experience
* Confidently chase stakeholders and gather the information needed independently
Skills:
* Proven experience as a Service Designer in B2B or enterprise environments
* Strong experience with service mapping, workflow analysis, and process design
* Excellent workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
* Ability to operate independently and chase down information across teams
* Experience working with architects and project managers on delivery projects
* Strong documentation and communication skills
* Familiarity with using AI tools for content/process analysis is a plus
