What you’ll be doing No two days are the same, but the tasks below offer a glimpse of what to expect. Working with our Learning & Development Manager and key stakeholders across the business to identify skill shortages and knowledge gaps Design and deliver training solutions through various training methods, from e-learning platforms to in person training programs Regularly review, create, and update content on our Centrick Academy digital platform Actively contribute to the training calendar, delivering and/or coordinating a range of training initiatives related to Building & Estate Management, but also wider group level training such as compliance, health and safety and all-company inductions Support the Learning & Development manager in delivery of the Learning & Development strategy as it aligns with the People Team strategy and wider business objectives Collaborate with our SMEs and technical experts to support in the creation and delivery of training Build effective relationships with key external stakeholders to facilitate industry training Coordinate training events, including logistics, equipment and venue arrangements Deliver training solutions effectively using meaningful data to clearly demonstrate impact and skills growth in our people What you need to succeed Practical experience in residential property management (leasehold or similar) Strong understanding of core property management areas, such as: Leasehld law and responsibilities Service charge budgeting and accunts Major works and Section 20 Health & Safety and building cmpliance Custmer and complaints management Confident training facilitation and communication skills Ability to explain complex topics clearly and practically Why join us?
