We’re looking for a Quality Manager to lead and elevate the quality function within a thriving food manufacturing environment. As the Quality Manager, you will take ownership of the site’s food safety, quality, and systems. You'll lead the daily quality agenda work closely with cross-functional departments to drive compliance and continual improvement. Your work will be essential in upholding high standards, ensuring audit readiness, and enhancing customer satisfaction with your team. Key Responsibilities: Lead the day-to-day quality operations on site Maintain and improve food safety, quality, and compliance systems Manage internal audits and support third-party inspections (BRC, customer audits, etc.) Oversee non-conformance investigations, customer complaints, and root cause analyses Ensure documentation, calibration, and training systems are up to standard Drive a culture of food safety and quality awareness across the business What you'll need to succeed: A degree in Food Science or a related discipline Proven experience in a Quality or Technical Management role within food manufacturing Strong knowledge of food safety legislation, HACCP (Level 3), and BRC standards Experience leading audits and managing compliance frameworks Excellent communication skills and a proactive, detail-focused approach Team management experience with a collaborative mindset Why is it a great time to join?
