Performance Objectives
1. Work in a cleanroom environment to assemble, inspect, and package aerospace components, following detailed work instructions and quality standards.
2. Handle materials and components using appropriate cleanroom techniques, including the use of gloves, gowns, masks, and other protective gear.
3. Perform visual inspections of components for defects, contamination, or damage, using microscopes or other magnification tools as required.
4. Clean and maintain workstations, tools, and equipment to meet cleanroom cleanliness standards.
5. Adhere to strict protocols for entering and exiting the cleanroom, including proper gowning procedures and airlock usage
6. Work with quality control and engineering teams to resolve any issues related to component cleanliness or assembly.
7. Participate in regular cleanroom training sessions and stay up to date with the latest cleanroom procedures and best practices.
8. Assist in the continuous improvement of cleanroom processes to enhance efficiency and product quality.
