If you're fluent in French or German, your language skills will be highly valued and reflected in the salary offer.💼 Key Responsibilities:Manage and process sales orders for parts and accessories through the company’s ERP system (Epicor)Liaise with warehouse and distribution teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of ordersMaintain regular contact with customers regarding delivery times, outstanding orders, and updatesOwn the resolution of customer issues from enquiry to resolution, maintaining a high standard of service throughoutEnsure data integrity by accurately inputting and maintaining customer information, compliant with GDPRProvide detailed Excel reports and support commercial analysis with accurate dataContinuously seek and suggest ways to improve internal processes related to aftersales and customer supportRepresent the company professionally and positively across all communications🎯 What You'll Bring:Previous experience in an administrative, aftersales, or customer service role, ideally within the automotive, parts or manufacturing sectorsProficiency in French or German is strongly preferred and essential to reach the top of the salary bandA proactive, self-motivated attitude with strong attention to detailExcellent communication skills – both written and verbal – with the confidence to manage challenging situations when neededCompetent in Microsoft Excel and Office packages to create reports and manage recordsOrganised and calm under pressure, able to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines✅ Bonus Skills (Desirable but Not Essential):Experience using Epicor ERPFamiliarity with SQCDP principles or working in a continuous improvement environmentExperience working across global teams or with international customersValid UK driving licence, First Aid certificate, or Level 3 customer service qualificationWhy Apply?This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business in a pivotal support role.
