Were looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service & Sales Administrator to: Manage UK & international customer orders from enquiry to delivery Prepare quotes, sales orders, packing list and invoices in NAV Coordinate shipping, logistics, and export documentation Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely dispatch of goods Support customers with basic technical queries Maintain accurate customer records and documentation Assist with payments, and accounts support tasks Ensure all issues are resolved promptly with high customer satisfaction Requirements: Minimum 2 years experience in a customer service role Native-level English (spoken and written) Experience working within a manufacturing company Strong organizational and communication skills Knowledge of export procedures and documentation would be advantageous Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks Your CV is required.
