Required for September 2025. 37 hours per week, term time only, 7:30am – 3:30pm or 8:00am – 4:00pm. Salary: £26,628 - £27,034 including fringe payment; actual salary for 37 hours: £22,265.75 - £22,605.24. We are seeking to recruit enthusiastic and committed Learning Support Assistants to provide targeted support for children with special educational needs (SEN) to improve their academic progress and personal development.
Responsibilities
* Provide targeted support for students with individual learning needs in and out of lessons; be flexible and resourceful.
* Demonstrate excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills; maintain a positive, ‘can do’ attitude with colleagues and students; uphold the right of every student to fulfil their potential.
