Job Title: Administrator Location: Perth, PH2 8AT Rate of Pay: 15.16 per hour Contract Duration: 03 November 2025 23 January 2026 (12 weeks) Hours: 35 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 8:30am 4:15pm, normal office hours) About the Role We are seeking a motivated and organised Administrator to provide essential administrative support for our client based in Perth. This 12-week temporary role is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the effective delivery of case management and operational processes within a professional and high-performing team. Key Responsibilities - Provide administrative support in the assessment, recording, and distribution of case management processes in accordance with established guidelines and Data Protection Legislation. - Liaise with internal and external partners to ensure effective service delivery. - Maintain accurate electronic and paper-based filing and data recording systems, ensuring full compliance with Data Protection Legislation. - Support the ongoing development of efficient case management processes by contributing to departmental planning activities and developing personal knowledge of relevant policies and legislation. - Collate and analyse statistical data and prepare related management reports. - Undertake other duties, commensurate with the role, as required to maintain the efficient running of the service. Knowledge, Skills & Experience - Demonstrated experience in accurate minute-taking and timely distribution of meeting notes. - Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple tasks effectively. - Confident in using Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) as effective business tools. - Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced in general administrative practices.
