What the Job Involves As a full-time Safeguarding Lead within the Adult Social Care division, you will manage statutory duties related to adult safeguarding enquiries. This involves coordinating multi-agency collaborations, chairing strategy meetings, and developing protection plans to manage risks of abuse or neglect. You will lead initiatives to gather relevant information, make informed decisions, and ensure at-risk adults are included in safety-related decision-making. Upholding regional and national safeguarding protocols and participating in continuous service improvements form a key part of your responsibilities.
