Sellick partnership are currently assisting in the recruitment of a Business Analyst to join a large and growing social housing organisation in Merseyside on a permanent basis.
The Business Analyst will be responsible for investigating and analysing efficiencies of business activities and processes.
Responsibilities of the Business Analyst:
The role involves working with stakeholders across our business to understand and most effectively address issues raised
There may be a requirement to work with external providers, e.g., software providers, on a project by project basis
Understand business needs from a project / change activity perspective and undertake business analysis to identify change requirements
Facilitate group workshops and meetings to enable diagnosis of business problems, gathering of business requirements and future process design
Gather, identify and document business requirements that can be used to assist future process design and identification of sustainable solutions
Simplify requirements, so they are easily understood by all stakeholders involved and strengthen stakeholder buy in and engagement to change
Undertake business process modelling and improve business processes that meet business needs and enable our business to deliver against its strategic objectives
Identify costs and business savings in line with our business's strategic objectives
Requirements of the Business Analyst:
Educated to degree level or equivalent experience in change related roles
Demonstrable evidence of excellence in change management
Social housing experience would be ideal but not essential
