THE ROLE
A strategic and hands-on marketing lead is sought to drive student enrolment and retention across a portfolio of schools. You’ll be responsible for developing and delivering full-funnel campaigns, managing the regional marketing budget, and building strong relationships with school principals. This is a broad, impact-led role where you’ll be central to growth across multiple brands within the group.
* Lead multi-channel marketing strategy to drive student acquisition and retention
* Execute campaigns across digital (social, email, CRM) and offline (events, PR, print) channels
* Own campaign development, rollout, and continuous optimisation
* Partner directly with school leadership to tailor localised initiatives
* Manage a small team (1 direct report) and work closely with a trusted freelancer during the transition period
SKILLS + EXPERIENCE
* Strong brand and marketing background within a multi-brand or complex stakeholder environment
* Full marketing mix exposure – digital, CRM and offline channels
* Commercial and data-driven – confident interpreting performance metrics and communicating insights
* Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on setting with strategic oversight and execution responsibility
