The Role
As a Planner/Scheduler, you'll play a key role in ensuring that work orders are managed efficiently, resources are allocated effectively, and customers receive first-class service. You'll be the vital link between customers, trades teams, and management - keeping everything moving smoothly and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
* First point of contact for tenants on urgent, routine, and adaptation works
* Schedule and assign jobs across trades while balancing cost, service, and resource availability
* Keep customers updated on planned visits and progress
* Monitor KPIs and job deadlines, escalating issues where needed
* Liaise with supervisors, admin teams, and client maintenance officers daily
* Handle queries and complaints, ensuring excellent service at all times
About You
* IT literate, confident with Microsoft Office
* Previous experience in scheduling, logistics, or workforce planning
* Customer service experience with a focus on excellence
* Strong organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Able to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and adapt quickly
Desirable: Experience in construction or housing maintenance, or a Degree/HND in a related discipline.
