We are looking to speak with you I am working with an industry leading FM service provider who are actively hiring for a mechanical maintenance engineer for their flagship buildings in London.

Duties
* Planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance of on:site mechanical plant and plumbing systems
* AHUs : fault finding and strip downs
* FCUs : fault finding and strip downs
* Pumps : Bearings, Mechanical Seals and fault finding
* Maintenance/routine checks on sprinkler, fire alarm and emergency lighting systems
* Water Treatment (Tap Tests, Dosing, Cooling Tower Checks, etc).
* Chilled and hot Water Systems
* Plumbing maintenance
* Generators : visual inspections and fault finding
* Pressurisation units
* Calorifiers
* Heat exchangers
* Replacing copper/lead pipes
* BMS Operation
Requirements
* Mechanically qualified to City and Guilds Level 2 or NVQ (or equivalent)
* Min 2 years building services maintenance experience in commercial office environments
* Physically fit : able to navigate a high:rise building
* Client facing : able to work closely with the facility manager for the end client.
