Voco Grand Central Hotel is looking for our next Full Time Mixologist to join us in creating a warm voco welcome for our guests!
Our locally curated voco Grand Central stands strong in Glasgow’s city centre, bringing together un-stuffy service and a warm Glasgow welcome to our business and leisure guests alike. Holding the biggest ballroom in Scotland with natural light and our iconic award-winning Champagne Central Bar, our hotel is full of over 140 years of culture, history, and storytelling, with relaxing spaces for guests to enjoy.

We are seeking an experienced Mixologist with a creative flair who can entertain and educate guests while mixing drinks, discussing spirits, and sharing trivia and history about various alcohols to keep customers engaged. You should have extensive knowledge of signature cocktails, enjoy creating new and fun drinks, and stay updated on seasonality and cocktail trends to make recommendations to guests.
You must be passionate about delivering excellent service and have previous experience as a Senior Bartender, Cocktail Bartender, or Mixologist, accustomed to working in a busy environment.

* Availability to work Full Time 40 hrs per week.
* A personal license (highly beneficial).
* An un-stuffy, thoughtful approach to service, showcasing personality and hosting skills for a laid-back guest experience.
