They are now hiring a Senior Manager, Strategy & Growth to lead some of the highest-priority commercial and product initiatives within one of their most impactful categories.

The Opportunity
This role sits at the crossroads of strategy, growth, commercial optimisation, and product innovation.
You’ll take ownership of defining and accelerating growth across the obesity offering — improving patient experience, refining commercial levers, and driving initiatives that create sustainable, long-term impact.
You won’t just design strategy — you’ll bring it to life.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
* Unlocking Growth: Identify and execute high-impact opportunities that drive acquisition, engagement, retention, and long-term value.
* Customer Insight Leadership: Develop a deep understanding of patient motivations and barriers, using these insights to shape proposition, messaging, and product enhancements.
* Commercial Ownership: Lead pricing strategy, margin optimisation, LTV modelling, and performance experimentation.
* Go-to-Market Execution: Design and deliver scalable launch strategies in close partnership with marketing and cross-functional teams.
* Product Collaboration: Work alongside product, clinical, and technology teams to improve outcomes and commercial performance.
* Operational Scaling: Build frameworks, processes, and experimentation cycles that enable sustainable growth.
* Continuous Optimisation: Translate data and insights into rapid testing, iteration, and measurable impact.
🎯 What We’re Looking For
* 7–10+ years’ experience in strategy, growth, product, or product marketing roles.
* Background in healthcare, digital health, consumer tech, or high-growth environments preferred.
* Demonstrated success scaling customer-facing propositions end-to-end.
* Strong commercial acumen — confident in pricing, modelling, and metrics.
* Deep customer empathy and a passion for improving healthcare experiences.
* Comfortable leading cross-functional initiatives across product, marketing, clinical, and legal.
* Exposure to AI-driven innovation in healthcare or operations is advantageous.
* A structured, clear communicator who thrives in fast-moving environments.
