Project Support Officer (PSO)
Location: Hybrid – London
Contract: 6 months initial
Rate: Umbrella up to £330pd
A major public-sector network transformation programme requires an organised Project Support Officer to provide coordination, governance, reporting, and scheduling support across multiple workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain RAID, programme documents, decision logs, and governance records.
* Support management reporting, including dashboards and meeting packs.
* Assist with scheduling, milestone tracking, and site visit coordination.
* Track budgets, resources, and timesheets.
* Coordinate meetings, workshops, agendas, minutes, and action logs.
* Support document control, change logs, and quality checks.
* Maintain SharePoint/Teams and ensure data accuracy.
Skills & Experience
* Strong PSO/PMO background in complex programmes.
* Confident stakeholder engagement and communication.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
* Dashboard/reporting experience desirable.
* Ability to secure NPPV3 + SC clearance.
