About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Operations Administrator to support the smooth and efficient running of day-to-day business operations. This is a fully remote role, well suited to someone who can work independently, manage competing priorities, and remain detail-focused in a fast-paced environment. Occasional site visits will be required, so flexibility to travel is essential.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide high-quality administrative support to the operations team
2. Maintain and update internal systems, databases, and documentation
3. Manage incoming calls, emails, and customer or partner enquiries
4. Assist with scheduling, logistics coordination, and operational planning
5. Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and supporting documentation
6. Support onboarding processes and internal communications
7. Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and operational standards
8. Contribute to continuous improvement across operational processes
Skills & Experience
9. Previous experience in an administrative or operations support role
10. Strong organisational and time-management skills
11. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
12. Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
13. Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, data management, and reporting
14. Ability to multitask, prioritise effectively, and work under pressure
15. High attention to detail and accuracy
16. Experience with accountancy or finance software is desirable
17. Experience within the fresh produce sector is highly desirable
