As a senior Early Help Worker, you'll manage and guide Early Help Workers in their day-to-day practice, ensuring timely, high-quality evidence-based interventions that build resilience and prevent issues from escalating. You'll provide supervision, mentoring, and professional development—working closely with social workers, schools, health services, and community partners to deliver a coordinated approach to family support.

Qualifications and Experience
* A professional qualification in youth work (JNC Recognised) or Social Work
* Diploma/Qualification in Careers Guidance or Level 4 in Guidance
* Diploma or equivalent level 4 qualification in relevant subject for working with children, young people, and families
* Two years post-qualification experience
* Understanding of good people management, supporting, guiding, and mentoring others
* Knowledge of child development, adolescent risk-taking behaviour, and trauma-informed approaches
* Collaborative, committed, and motivated—enjoy working with diverse groups

* Willingness to travel and work flexibly to undertake role duties
* Commitment to professional development and team practice improvement
* Ability to converse fluently in English to communicate effectively with customers
The post holders will be required to travel and work in a timely and flexible manner to undertake the duties of the role.
