We are seeking a Technical Services Facilities Manager to join us to help us create a hassle free environment for our clients and engineers. Reporting to the Senior Contracts Manager, the candidate will be responsible for the successful delivery of Hard Maintenance services to a number of contracts in Northern Ireland. This Contract delivers all aspects of Hard Maintenance and Minor Project works. This includes Planned and Reactive Maintenance - Electrical, Mechanical, fabric repairs and specialist subcontractors. Location: Wildflower Way, Belfast Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week Job Type: Permanent / Full Time The Technical Services Manager will: Ensure service delivery is of the highest level and meets and exceeds all contractual KPI's. Manage our team of Engineers and plan their workload to maximize efficiency. Ensure that all planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs are completed on time and to the highest quality. Provide reports on completion of Statutory and Non Statutory Maintenance and their associated remedial actions. Generate a Monthly Contract Report on operational performance to include as a minimum, PPM & Reactive Maintenance, Financial Performance and SHEQ. Manage the contract P&L, reporting on costs, WIP, sales and gross profit. Measure and generate monthly invoicing using agreed scheduled rates. Ensure that all jobs completed in the month are invoiced promptly and accurately. Ensure contractual obligations and comply with the Companys rules and procedures when working on our Clients premises. Organise and arrange the delivery of parts and managing an appropriate level of stock. Provide guidance and assistance to the Client and Graham engineering teams and adopt a can do attitude at all times. Monitor the productivity of our own team and sub-contractors by carrying out audits on work completed and instigating corrective action as required. Support the business by effective communication, promoting efficiency and innovation. Carry out any other duties including business development and taking on additional duties as the company continues to expand. About You Essential Criteria: 1.Third Level Technical Qualification or Relevant Management Experience 2.CSR Site Safety Supervisor or equivalent 3.Demonstrate relevant previous experience in Managing Maintenance and Minor Works on a multi-site estate 4.Have a track record in delivering Building, Mechanical, Electrical and Specialist Maintenance Services 5.Demonstrate a strong knowledge of all building and specialist services. 6.Excellent communicator with the ability to integrate into the Clients Estates Team and leadership skills 7.Sound Commercial and administration skills with an understanding of the importance of paperwork and the accuracy and timeliness of submission of the same 8.Experience in planning workload and labour resource 9.Sound administration and IT skills with demonstrable proficient use of the full Microsoft package to include: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project 10.Full current UK drivers' licence 11.Ability to successfully complete Non-Police Personnel Vetting Desirable Criteria: 1.Experience in using Facilities Management Software 2.Knowledge of L8 compliance 3.A clear understanding of the commercial requirements within a maintenance environment 4.Experience in measuring works on a Schedule of Rates basis i.e. PSA or NSR Schedules 5.Experienced in Business Development and identifying opportunities for further business growth in the area 6.Understands the local Facilities Management and Maintenance Market - Can identify local supply chain.
