Job Description Job Title: Planning & Delivery Leader – Design Make MRO Working Pattern: Full-Time 37hrs Monday - Friday Working location: Bristol Business Park – Griffon Hall /Hybrid This is an exciting opportunity to join Rolls-Royce Aerospace Procurement as a Planning & Delivery Leader, managing key supplier accounts across the US & UK as a single point of contact alongside the Strategic Buyer, in a complex high-profile Repair/MRO environment. The role supports the repair and sustainment of critical defence and civil platforms, including T-45 and AE and offers the chance to influence delivery, supplier performance, and mission critical LRU availability across international teams. You will play a vital role in sustaining essential aerospace LRUs while working closely with both UK & US suppliers. Ideal for candidates looking to develop in aerospace procurement and supplier management. What you will be doing: With this opportunity, you’ll have ownership for driving delivery and supplier performance across high-profile repair platforms: Own & manage key US & UK Repair Supplier Accounts, driving performance, accountability, and on-time delivery across high-profile platforms: Lead repair turnaround and arrears recovery activity, working proactively with suppliers to resolve constraints, remove bottleneck and improve flow through the repair cycle. Collaborate with international stakeholders, including US Teams, programme, engineering, and operations, to ensure alignment and delivery of mission-critical LRUs Drive continuous improvement within the repair supply chain, strengthening governance, planning visibility, and embedding structured Repair/MRO system ways of working.
