Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Lead Resuscitation Officer role based in Swanley. The Lead Resuscitation Officer will be responsible for managing and delivering resuscitation training programs for staff, ensuring compliance with national standards. The role includes planning and conducting educational sessions, supporting clinical teams during resuscitation events, and auditing resuscitation processes to improve performance. The individual will also collaborate across the organization to promote best practices and provide leadership on all resuscitation-related matters.


Qualifications

* Advanced knowledge of resuscitation techniques, protocols, and guidelines
* Experience in designing and delivering training programs, as well as strong teaching and mentoring skills
* Strong organizational and leadership abilities to manage a resuscitation program effectively
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
* Relevant healthcare qualification and experience in a clinical role involving emergency response
* Certification in Advanced Life Support (ALS) and teaching qualifications (e.g., Training the Trainers)
* Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and support staff education
* Proficiency in data analysis and report preparation related to resuscitation activities is desirable
