Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be working in partnership with a well-established, global manufacturing business based in Rotherham to recruit an experienced CNC Turner to join their skilled machine shop team.

Shift Pattern
Rotating weekly:
* Monday to Friday – Mornings
* Monday to Thursday – Afternoons
Salary & Benefits
* £32,291.55 basic + 25% shift allowance
* Total earnings: £36,327.99
* Equivalent to £16.34 per hour + 25% shift premium on afters
* Overtime opportunities available

Key Responsibilities
* Setting and operating and editing CNC Lathes
* Producing precision components to engineering drawings
* Tool changes, offsets, and basic programming edits
* Quality inspection using measuring equipment
* Maintaining high standards of safety and housekeeping
About You
* Proven experience as a CNC Turner
* Ability to set and operate independently
* Strong understanding of tolerances and technical drawings
* Experience within a manufacturing/engineering environment
* Reliable, team-focused and quality driven
