Working Arrangement: Minimum of 2/3 days a week in the office

This person will lead graduate hiring and professional development initiatives across the firm’s EMEA offices. This is a pivotal role focused on attracting top legal talent and supporting their growth from recruitment through to career development.
Key Responsibilities:
Graduate Recruitment
* Lead end-to-end graduate hiring across EMEA, including attraction, selection, and onboarding.
* Manage and mentor the graduate recruitment team.
* Build strong relationships with universities, student societies, and internal stakeholders.
* Oversee marketing campaigns and recruitment programmes (e.g., Insights, Vacation Schemes, DGComp).
* Champion diversity and inclusion in recruitment processes.
Professional Development
* Partner with senior leadership to design and implement Trainee development strategies.
* Provide career guidance and support to Trainees and junior Associates.
* Administer performance evaluations and manage budgets for PD initiatives.
* Monitor industry trends and introduce innovative development practices.
General
* Collaborate with HR and external advisors on visa coordination and staffing.
* Maintain data-driven insights and reporting on recruitment effectiveness.
* Promote employer branding and represent the firm externally.
About You
* 5+ years’ experience in legal recruitment and development.
* Strong understanding of legal education systems.
* Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
* Degree-qualified; advanced degree in HR, law, or related field preferred.
* International outlook and cultural awareness.
