The Role
We are looking for a reliable, experienced team member who can take responsibility for keeping our warehouse and shop operations running smoothly. You will need to work independently, manage stock and dispatch with confidence, and deliver a high standard of accuracy in all areas.
Key responsibilities include:
* Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders accurately and efficiently
* Receiving, checking, and organising stock deliveries
* Monitoring stock levels, ensuring packaging/boxes are ordered on time
* Ensuring parcels are dispatched correctly and on schedule
* Keeping the warehouse and shop areas clean and tidy
* Assisting customers in-store in a friendly and professional manner
* Supporting general business operations as needed
About You
* Previous experience in warehouse, retail, or order fulfilment (essential)
* Confident working independently with minimal supervision
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Physically able to lift and move stock safely
* Positive, proactive attitude and good team player
* Must have own transport due to rural location
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.50-£13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
