The Best Connection are currently recruiting on behalf of a high end car-parts supplier based in Egham. Your role would be working as a parts administrator within the warehouse, performing a range of duties such as:
* Supporting and assisting the accounting department, along with developing a high level of customer satisfaction in a safe and economical manner.
* Liaising with the Parts Department on all procedures relating to the sale and distribution of parts.
* Supporting with Stock Check routines
* Financial spreadsheet analysis
* Supporting with the processing of purchase ledger invoices
* Supporting with freight dispatch and system update
* Updating the Supplier and Customer Database
* Carrying out other duties as requested
Candidates must maintain a professional and smart appearance, representing the company in a professional manner at all times.
The Ideal candidate will have proven experience within a logistics/distribution background, ideally with specific import/export experience.
Hours:
Monday-Friday
8am-16:30pm
Pay:
£12.50p/h (Can increase based on Experience).
