What you will do
We are seeking a driven and creative Business Development Manager to join our growing commercial team. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will play a key role in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities through innovative lead generation techniques.
The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, with strong skills in LinkedIn prospecting, HubSpot CRM, and creative outreach techniques, including video messages.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation: Proactively identify, research, and reach out to potential leads using digital channels including LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events.
2. Outreach Campaigns: Create and execute targeted outbound campaigns using HubSpot and other prospecting tools.
3. Video Prospecting: Use video tools to craft engaging, personalized outreach messages.
4. Pipeline Development: Qualify inbound and outbound leads to generate high-quality SQLs for the Sales Manager.
5. Collaboration: Work with the Sales Manager and Marketing Director to refine messaging and strategies.
6. Reporting & Metrics: Maintain accurate CRM records, track outreach activity, and report on KPIs.
7. Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.
What we are looking for
1. 3–5 years' experience in business development or sales development.
2. Proven success in outbound lead generation and qualification.
3. Experience with HubSpot CRM or similar tools.
4. Strong communication and storytelling skills across various channels.
5. Ability to create video content for outreach.
6. Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven.
7. Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
8. Full UK driving license is essential.
9. A positive, self-starting attitude with strong teamwork skills.

Recruitment process:

This role is hybrid, based in Stockton-on-Tees.
