Assistant Manager in Training – Rockfish
Up to £16 per hour OTE, including generous tips and gratuities.
The Role
As Manager in Training, you will support the General Manager in creating a restaurant environment where the team is inspired to care about what they do through motivating, training, and leading by example.
You will coach your team to fulfil their full potential, ensuring you and your team embrace our core values: ‘Care, Community and Connection’.
You will be supported by a structured training plan and we will continuously develop your skills for a fulfilling career with us.
Required to supervise the serving of alcohol.
Qualifications
At least one year’s experience as a Server or Supervisor level in a similar restaurant environment.
Flexible approach to working hours, able to support the business when it’s at its busiest.
