Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Advertising Manager to lead our advertising initiatives and drive brand awareness through innovative campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2B sales and demonstrate exceptional leadership and communication skills. Duties
* Develop and implement comprehensive advertising strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
* Oversee the creation of engaging advertising content across various platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding.
* Analyse market trends and consumer behaviour to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in advertising efforts.
* Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to enhance campaign effectiveness.
* Utilise Salesforce for tracking campaign performance, managing leads, and reporting on sales metrics.
* Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative environment.
* Monitor budgets for advertising campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation of resources while maximising return on investment.
Experience
* Proven experience in B2B sales with a strong understanding of the advertising landscape.
* Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions based on insights.
* Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools is highly desirable.
* Strong leadership qualities with experience in managing teams effectively.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling clear articulation of ideas and strategies to diverse audiences.
