We are seeking an experienced Business Development Engineer or similar with a background in BMS, building controls, HVAC, energy management or the wider building services sector. Join a well‑established, growing business that offers long‑term progression, excellent earning potential and a key role in a specialist technical team.
As part of a market‑leading company known across Northern Ireland, you will support the full technical sales process—from estimating and pricing projects, to developing customer relationships and securing orders. You will work closely with senior sales and engineering team members while progressing towards managing your own customer accounts and sales targets.
Responsibilities
* Prepare estimates and technical quotations for projects.
* Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
* Meet with clients to discuss project requirements and technical solutions.
* Support negotiations and secure new business opportunities.
* Work closely with internal engineering and project teams.
Qualifications & Skills
* Experience in technical sales or a controls/building services environment.
* Knowledge of BMS, PLCs, SCADA, HVAC controls or similar systems.
* Strong communication and customer‑facing skills.
* Motivated and eager to progress within technical sales.
