Operations Manager (Hospitality / Learning & Development)£40,000 + Leadership Bonus (up to 20%) + Service Charge + Progression + Training + Free Hotel Stays + Company Benefits AscotAre you an Operations Manager or similar from a Hospital / Learning & Development background looking for an autonomous leadership role at a luxury 5-star hotel within a world renowned brand who offer ongoing progression opportunities across the group and the chance to increase earnings through both service charge and a leadership bonus of up to 20%?This well-established luxury hotel brand own numerous hotels across some of the world's most recognisable cities including London, Rome and Los Angeles. Since their establishment, they have built a first rate reputation and pride themselves on ongoing development of staff.In this varied leadership role you will be the go-to manager responsible for onboarding new staff, and assisting them with training once they start. You will also be responsible for a range of office responsibilities including helping the HR team and working with managers to identify areas for training and then lead subsequent training. Further to this you will liaise with different departments, and providing associated support across the Hotel. This role would suit an Operations Manager from a Hospitality / Learning & Development background looking for a varied, exciting role within a high-end, global brand where you will receive company bonus and can continually progress your career.The Role: * Manage onboarding and training of new staff * Support managers and trainers with creating plans for their staff * Provide HR, operation & office function support * Carry out training, support team members and undertake admin work * 40 hour week - with some extra hours as required
