Join Our Team as a Strategic Revenue Manager!

Are you ready to make a significant impact in the world of revenue management? We are looking for a passionate and analytical individual to lead our Strategic Revenue Management efforts for the UK & Ireland. In this role, you will drive long-term value creation and category growth through tailored promotional and mix strategies, all backed by data and analytics.


Your Mission:

As a Strategic Revenue Manager, you will be at the forefront of our annual planning process, managing key deliverables such as:

* Local price floor management
* Tracking competitor price corridors and elasticities
* Developing promotional strategies and measuring ROI
* Optimizing trade terms within regional guidelines
* Integrating Revenue Growth Management (RGM) building blocks into the Annual Operating Plan (AEP)


What Are We Looking For?

We seek a candidate who embodies strong analytical thinking and creativity. Here’s what you’ll need to shine in this role:

* Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
* Experience in practical analysis (financial, category, or sales) with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
* Highly numerate with excellent Excel skills and a good aptitude for systems
* Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
* Desirable: Broad knowledge of SRM/RGM (pricing, promotions, mix, terms) and familiarity with the Petcare market


Your Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

* Serve as the local lead for UKI strategic revenue management
* Adhere to the governance of the regional RGM Team Europe
* Leverage your expertise in RGM disciplines to translate business objectives into customer solutions
* Recommend local requirements to the regional RGM lead for innovation margin and overall brand pricing scenarios
* Deliver and govern regional portfolio pricing, promotional, and feature playbooks
* Evaluate trade spend to identify opportunities for better ROI
* Co-pilot and upskill Customer Development Managers on customer investment expenditures
* Drive the in-year growth agenda through performance reviews and action plans
