Therolewill coverHV/LVandMEPstrategiesandthe continual developmentandimplementationof company IT systems. The role will also include site mobilisation actions and support function for project tasks and the wider professional services functions.

* ResponsibleforensuringthatStatutory &Codecomplianceofsitesisadheredtobythe local management team and supported by specialist when required,
* EnsurethatRiskManagementisbeingdeliveredinaconsistentmanner.
* Ensureareasofteamdevelopmentarerecognisedandactionplaninplace,
* HighVoltageappointedengineer.
* Mechanicalappointedengineer.
* ConfinedSpaceappointedengineer
* UpdatestotheSSOWmechanicalrules
* UpdatestotheSSOWHV/LVrules
* Providetechnicalsupporttolocalteams.
* EnsurestaffingstructuresandcompetenciesoperateacrossallsitesincludingHV/AP’s present always where required.
* InvestigateandassistwithRCA’sonmajorOperationalincidents.
* Attendoperationalmeetingsasrequired.
* ActivelypromotemanagementsystemsandprocessesthathavebeendevelopedforBGIS across all contracts to ensure consistency.
* Attendregularmeetingswithsitemanagementtodiscussanylocalissuesorconcerns.
* Communicateanycontractualconcernswithmanagementtoensureresolution.
* Promoteandmaintainthecorevaluesof BGIS.
* Commercial Awareness and supply chain management understanding
* Supporting with raising quotes, PO’s, invoices and budgeting and contracts.
Accountabilities
* ReportingtotheOperations Manager.
* Workingcollaborativelywiththetechnicalservicesteam.
* Responsible for managing a shift team and managing the shift rota.
