This is a varied and fast-paced role suited to someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a strong customer-first mindset and a "can-do" approach.You will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day sales operations, helping to drive efficiency across the customer journey from initial enquiry through to onboarding and account handover. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will help maintain high-quality CRM data, support lead management activity, and ensure timely follow-up across key sales processes.It is well suited to someone looking to build a long-term career in sales, with opportunities to develop skills across systems, processes, and customer engagement in a supportive team environment. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract. Main Responsibilities: Processing sales orders using the CRM system Answering specific inbound customer enquiries Monitoring Live Chat system Database and CRM updates and administration Track, assign and ensure timely follow up of leads Managing software trials for potential customers Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth handover of new business accounts to the Account Management Team Reporting and tracking of key metrics and Market Intelligence Merging accounts, creating contacts, CRM champion Monitor Voicemail for Workplace sales Pulling monthly usage data Use of Outreach to send communications sequences to customers Essential Criteria 1+ years experience in administration/sales support Experience in working directly with customers, delivering excellence in customer service Experience working with CRM systems, eg Sugar, Salesforce, Act, Goldmine A high level of IT literacy Ability to work and respond at pace in a professional manner Organised, thorough and dependable. Consistently demonstrate a strong work ethic and 'can do' attitude.
