As part of our Elevation strategy, we are investing £100M into the digital growth of the business to enhance customer experience and support growth across our online channels. You will join our commercial team, focusing on various aspects of the product lifecycle, including product trends & performance, buying from third-party brands, and ensuring stock is replenished online in the right volumes, at the right price, in the right places, and at the right times. This role will involve managing these activities for our online platforms as well as in-store.
With increased online purchasing demand, this is your opportunity to own a product area and develop a commercial strategy for future growth.
Salary
£22,000 + 20% discount across all group brands and Everlast Gyms

What will you be doing?
* Expanding existing categories by introducing new products and building relationships with brands like Nike, Under Armour, Calvin Klein, and Hugo Boss.
* Meeting with well-known and emerging brands to discover new categories.
* Analyzing market trends to stay ahead in online buying.
* Developing digital innovations within online purchasing and across the business.
* Coordinating with teams to optimize sales through trend analysis.
* Reviewing top-performing products and maximizing their potential via stock or marketing strategies.
* Updating brand product catalogs, removing discontinued lines, and refreshing content.
* Analyzing product performance and adjusting budgets accordingly.
* Taking ownership of categories to expand our e-commerce offerings, from sports equipment to garden gear, aiming to maximize market growth.
