We're on the lookout for ambitious individuals to join our Customer Service Team as Trainee Customer Service Advisor. Alongside studying a Level 2 in Customer Service, this role will be instrumental in elevating the quality of service we provide to our valued clients and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
· As a Trainee Customer Service Advisor, you will work towards being able to provide help and advice to clients and third parties via telephone and email.
· Keep accurate records of discussions or correspondence with clients and keep their records updated.
· Investigate and solve client queries.
· Chase supporting evidence in relation to client claims.
· Send correspondence to clients via email and post.
· Minimise Fee Earner's workload by being a first point of contact for clients and third parties.
· Being articulate, having a strong communication skill and maintaining professional relationships with internal colleagues, external clients, and third parties.
· Reviewing and referring calls through to the appropriate departments.
· Efficiently manage a task load from the dedicated Customer Service Team task list.

Essential Skills and Experience
· Minimum of 5 GCSE's grades 4 or above (or equivalent) including Maths and English

Working Hours
This role is Full Time based on 40 Hours per week. Core Business Hours for this role are Monday to Sunday 7.45am to 6.00pm and the working pattern would be a rota between these hours, usually Monday to Friday. We are also fully office based in Byker, Newcastle.
