Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and driven Sales Consultant / Lead Generator to join our Warrington-based team. This is a dual-role position combining outbound lead generation with consultative sales activity. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, engaging decision-makers, and promoting renewable energy solutions to commercial clients. This role is ideal for individuals looking to start or grow a career in B2B sales, offering structured training, ongoing support, and strong earning potential. Key Responsibilities Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls to commercial clients Research and identify key decision-makers using LinkedIn and Companies House Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their energy needs Obtain energy bills from prospective clients to assess suitability and establish viability for renewable solutions Promote and pitch renewable energy solutions confidently and effectively Book high-quality appointments for Business Development Managers Work towards and exceed individual and team targets and KPIs Maintain accurate records of activity and pipeline progress Skills and Experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Confident telephone manner with the ability to engage and influence Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to build rapport quickly with a range of stakeholders Sales or lead generation experience is advantageous but not essential What We Offer Competitive basic salary with commission Full training in sales and renewable energy solutions Supportive team environment with ongoing coaching Free on-site parking Company pension scheme Apply today!
