Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Field Service Engineer, based in Bridgend with an option for part-time remote work. The Field Service Engineer will perform equipment troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and repairs at customer sites. Responsibilities include providing technical support, ensuring optimal equipment operation, and delivering excellent customer service. The role also involves maintaining detailed service records and collaborating with clients to identify and implement improvements for their systems.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge and experience in Field Service, including equipment installation, maintenance, and repair
Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues related to automation and machinery
Experience in providing Technical Support and Preventive Maintenance services
Exceptional Customer Service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
Relevant technical qualifications or certifications in engineering or related fields are advantageous
Willingness to travel to client sites as required
