Role Purpose
As a Talent Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our high-performing recruitment teams.
You’ll be responsible for attracting, engaging, and hiring exceptional talent to support Matchtech’s strategic business objectives. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will be ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience while maintaining a strong employer brand in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
Make noise: Partner with hiring managers to deliver compelling outreach plans which engage top recruitment professionals from championing Matchtech’s EVP, showcasing our culture, tech stack, and career progression opportunities.
Talent Pooling: Identify, engage, and build pipelines of recruiters (360 consultants, delivery specialists, business developers) using headhunting, networking, and digital sourcing tools.
Candidate Experience: manage the end-to-end recruitment process, delivering an inclusive, transparent, and engaging experience for everyone.

Skills & Experience
Proven experience in recruitment (Rec2Rec or agency environment preferred).
Strong sourcing and headhunting skills across multiple channels.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing ability.
Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment analytics.
