Our Step-up service is a small, supported accommodation service where we aim to give young adults the support and independence needed to thrive and continue into adult life. This role is based in hub, working with young adults who have not had the best start in life.
We are looking for a dedicated person to be responsible for Children in care, Care Leavers and other young adults aged 16 to 21 years old who are referred into our Young Persons Services. You will have the commitment to reach out, even to the most challenging young people.
We have a full time Duty Worker position in Swadlincote. Working on a rota system shift pattern of 8am-4pm, 2pm-10pm, and 11am -7pm. Covering weekends and bank holidays.
