As a Motor Finance Complaints Handler you will: Work with a global, market-leading client within the Motor Finance sector Investigate and resolve customer complaints relating to Vehicle / Satisfactory Quality and service related problems Act as a brand ambassador for Square 4 and our end client, delivering a high standard of service at all times About You - Motor Finance Complaints Handler: We’re keen to speak with candidates who have experience handling complaints within a Motor Finance environment and who demonstrate a genuine passion for delivering excellent client outcomes.
