We are seeking an experienced Level 2 Teaching Assistant's (SEN) to join a warm and supportive Primary Special School in Birmingham. The Role: Full-time position, ASAP start Temp to Perm opportunity - the school is keen to appoint successful candidates on a permanent basis Working across primary age groups within a specialist SEN setting Essential Requirements: Level 2 TA qualification (must hold to be considered) Proven experience supporting pupils with: Complex needs, Cognition and learning difficulties, including severe learning difficulties (SLD) and Speech, communication, and language difficulties Strong understanding of tailored learning approaches and strategies to support pupils' individual EHCP targets Ability to work collaboratively with teaching staff, therapists, and wider school teams If you are an enthusiastic, experienced Level 2 Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting children with complex needs, we would love to hear from you.
