Job Opportunity: Audit Resourcing Manager
We are seeking a dynamic individual to manage audit resourcing needs, including handling staffing adjustments for sick leave, study leave, and training, as well as scheduling and assigning personnel to various audit projects.
1. Oversee audit support team performance management, provide and seek feedback, and identify training requirements.
2. Propose process improvements and present these ideas to management.
3. Review budgets for client engagements against pre-approved criteria.
4. Resolve staff conflicts and attend management meetings to report resourcing issues.
5. Monitor employee workload to prevent overbooking and assist with queries related to resource allocation.
6. Track planned versus billed time and manage unbilled hours.
7. Liaise with finance on ad-hoc requests and participate in recruitment processes.
8. Support resource planning to meet organizational targets and facilitate new business opportunities.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will be capable of multitasking and prioritizing to meet deadlines under pressure. Essential skills include excellent interpersonal, planning, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. A lateral thinker with a proven track record in influencing others and advanced IT skills is required.
Qualifications include a relevant professional certification and at least 3 years of project and resource management experience. Experience with Retain or similar resourcing systems is advantageous.
This role does not require licenses. Reduced hours are considered.
